"100% cotton" tells you almost nothing on its own. What matters is the GSM (grams per square metre) — the weight of the fabric — and the weave. A 180 GSM tee and a 260 GSM tee are both cotton, but one will hold its shape after twenty washes and one won't. A reliable uniform supplier in Dubai should be able to tell you the exact GSM range they work with, not just the fibre content.
Some clothing manufacturers only take on bulk orders in the hundreds. If you're outfitting a smaller team — a boutique, a café, a five-person sales team — you need a manufacturer who's set up for smaller, custom-sized runs without charging a huge premium for it.
A uniform only looks professional if it fits consistently across the whole team.
